Technology outcomes where the delivery risk sits with the consultant.
The board decision you can defend. The back office that no longer needs re-keying. The phone that gets answered while you're on the job. One contract for all three: fixed price, success criteria in writing, results measured after go-live — and if we fall short on something attributable to us, we remediate at our cost. Not a slogan, a published clause.
Three ways in. Each one fixed-price, each one measured, none of them hourly.
Pick the tier that matches you. Every entry point is a bounded first engagement designed to pay for itself and prove the model before anything larger. The upside is yours to measure; the delivery risk sits with us, within the published terms.
Clean-Core Extension Sprint
For SAP programme owners facing the 2027 ECC deadline who need proof, not slideware.
Afterwards: you walk into the steering committee with working code and measured numbers, not a deck.
- One custom-code family moved to BTP, production-ready: CAP service, Fiori UI, role-secured, documented, handed over.
- Proves the clean-core path on your real code before you commit the programme budget.
- Evidence your CFO can put in the migration business case — measured, not estimated.
Your risk: fixed price, success criteria in the contract, shortfalls attributable to us remediated at our cost.
Book a consult Estimate your 2027 exposure → All enterprise solutions →Invoice Intelligence — proven on your own documents first
For finance and operations leads paying skilled staff to re-key invoices, receipts and forms.
Afterwards: month-end closes without the re-keying, and your best people are back on work that needs them.
- Live demonstration on a sample of your own invoices before any commitment.
- Manual handling cut and measured against your baseline — hours back into the business, cash reconciled sooner.
- Exception queue: your people handle only the edge cases. Integrated with your accounting or ERP system.
Your risk: fixed price, baseline measured before we start, shortfalls attributable to us remediated at our cost.
Book a consult All growing-business solutions →AI Front Desk — never miss a lead again
For owner-operators losing calls, bookings and follow-ups while they're on the job.
Afterwards: you finish the job and come back to booked work and paid invoices, not voicemails.
- AI reception, booking and instant follow-up, configured and run for you — no IT department required.
- Pair it with Invoice-Chase Autopilot and get paid sooner: polite reminders, payment links, days-sales-outstanding reported monthly.
- Vendor subscription contracted by you directly — no mark-up, no lock-in. Our fee is for the outcome.
Your risk: simple fixed setup fee, monthly report in plain numbers, shortfalls attributable to us remediated at our cost.

Four practices. One accountable architect.
Each practice is led by the architect who scopes the work and stays accountable through the outcome measurement. No rotating bench, no hand-off to a delivery centre.
SAP Transformation
S/4HANA readiness decisions, clean-core extensions on BTP (CAP, Fiori), SAP EAM and EHSM process work, OpenText document management for SAP, and SAP AI services (Joule, AI Core) — inside regulated, audited landscapes.
Enterprise & Sovereign AI
Grounded copilots and document intelligence on your own data. Sovereign mode runs on your infrastructure with zero egress, proven by a test performed in front of you.
Enterprise Advisory
Architecture packs, investment-grade business cases and acceptance-record assurance — the artefacts that get decisions funded and go-lives signed off.
AI Governance & Security
AI and agent inventory, risk classification aligned to the EU AI Act where it applies, and monitoring gaps closed before an auditor finds them.
The Outcome Contract — who carries the delivery risk, in writing.
Think of it as a fixed-price building contract with a defects period, applied to SAP and AI work — with one difference: the result itself is measured, not just the handover. Hourly billing rewards a consultant for being slow; a fixed price for a measured result puts us on the side of your calendar. Five contractual commitments move the result risk to us:
Discover
A consultation. We start with what you're trying to accomplish, then say plainly whether we're the right way to get there — including "you don't need us".
Define
Success criteria in your numbers, in the contract. Baseline measured before work starts. Written fixed-price proposal within five business days.
Deliver
Fixed price. Working increments under written change control — no scope creep in either direction.
Prove
After go-live, the result is measured against the agreed criteria. Shortfalls attributable to us are remediated at our cost — terms.
Run
Defect support and continuous improvement beyond go-live, with the same accountable architect.

The Outcome Contract, animated.
What we agree before work starts, what we measure after go-live, and what happens if we fall short. Silent, captioned, no sales voice-over.
No logo wall. Everything else procurement would ask you to check.
We don't publish client names or case studies without written client approval, and we don't publish people. What we publish is what a procurement desk can verify before a first call.
Published remediation terms
The full Outcome Contract mechanics — criteria, baseline, exclusions, mutual liability caps — are public. The signed MSA and SOW prevail; nothing is hidden in a schedule.
One accountable architect
You meet the architect who scopes your work at the first consult, and the same person is accountable through go-live and the outcome measurement. We own the result, not just the recommendation.
Controls you can test, not trust
Sovereign deployments are proven with an egress test performed in front of you. Human-in-the-loop for consequential decisions and no training on client data are contractual.
Balanced, ACL-aware contracting
Liability caps are mutual. Australian Consumer Law rights are never excluded. Exclusions are stated up front, in plain English, before any fee is paid.
The questions procurement and architecture actually ask.
How does fixed-price, outcome-based delivery work?
Before any work starts we agree measurable success criteria in writing and record a baseline. You get a fixed price for delivery — never hourly billing for outcome work. After go-live the result is measured against those criteria, and if a shortfall is attributable to our delivery, we remediate at our cost. Read the full terms.
Why don't you publish rates or prices?
Every engagement is scoped to your systems, data and outcome, so a generic price would mislead. Instead we commit to process: a consultation, then a written fixed-price proposal with success criteria within five business days. No obligation, no hourly meter.
Who is accountable, and why don't you publish names?
We don't publish people or client names. You meet the principal architect who would lead your work at the first consult — the same person accountable through go-live and measurement. What we publish is what you can verify: our terms, our standards and how we work.
How do you handle security, data residency and AI risk?
Minimum-necessary data access under the MSA. Sovereign deployments run on your infrastructure with a local model, and the zero-egress controls are tested in front of you. Any AI touching a consequential decision keeps a human in the loop by design, identifies itself as AI, and is never trained on your data. Our Responsible AI commitment is contractual.
Can this run alongside our existing SI or RISE partner?
Yes. Most engagements are scoped as one bounded outcome inside a larger programme — a decision pack, one custom-code family moved to BTP, two AI use cases live under governance. Dependencies on other vendors are listed in the SOW with owners, so accountability stays clear on every side.
What does the five-business-day proposal contain?
Success criteria with their measurement methods, the baseline we'd measure, the fixed price, the client dependencies we rely on, the measurement date and the remediation bound. If the outcome can't yet be defined, we propose a paid Discovery phase first — fixed-fee or time-and-materials — that produces the criteria, baseline and fixed price for delivery.
Do you work with smaller businesses?
Yes — on a separate page with its own packages: automation set up and run for you, measured in your own numbers, on the same contract.
Book a consultation.
Tell us what "done" should feel like on your side, and the constraint you're working within. Within five business days of a consultation you'll have a written fixed-price proposal with success criteria — or our honest advice that you don't need us.
