About

A small, senior practice that put its accountability in writing.

VRdigital Solutions is an Australian SAP BTP and AI consultancy. We take engagements only when the outcome can be defined and measured, we charge a fixed price for it, and we carry the remediation risk if we fall short. Everything else on this page follows from that.

What we are

Senior people, narrow scope, measured results.

We work in two places most consultancies keep apart: inside SAP landscapes, where clean-core extensions on BTP and Joule-based agents are the current work, and in the document-heavy back offices of smaller organisations, where AI pays for itself fastest. The same architects work both.

We keep the practice deliberately small. Every engagement is led by the architect who scoped it, who stays accountable through go-live and the outcome measurement. Specialists are brought in for specific components under the same contract, never as a rotating bench.

We publish our terms rather than our testimonials. Case studies appear here only with a client's written approval, so what you can verify today is how we contract, how we handle data and AI, and what happens if a result is missed. The terms are on one public page.

Sovereignty is a practice area, not a slogan. Several of our solutions run entirely inside your infrastructure with no data egress, because for some organisations that is the only acceptable architecture.

How an engagement is staffed

One accountable architect. Your team in the loop. Specialists on the same contract.

The Outcome Contract — success criteria · baseline · fixed price · measured result · remediation Your team owns the baseline, approves each increment Accountable architect scopes it, leads it, measures it — the same person from first consult to outcome measurement Specialists brought in per component, never a rotating bench
Standards every engagement runs on

Contractual, not aspirational.

Measured, not asserted

Success criteria carry a stated measurement method. The baseline and the result use the same one. Terms.

Responsible AI, in the contract

Human-in-the-loop for consequential decisions, AI that identifies itself, no training on client data. Commitment.

Privacy by design

Minimum-necessary data, returned or securely deleted on exit, never sold. Policy.

Fair terms both ways

Mutual liability caps, plain-English exclusions, Australian Consumer Law rights never excluded. Terms of service.

What we publish — and what we don't

Verify us. Don't take our word.

Published, so you can check it

  • The full Outcome Contract mechanics, including exclusions
  • Our Responsible AI commitment and privacy policy
  • Every solution's defined outcome and what's included
  • How an engagement is staffed and who is accountable

Not published, on purpose

  • Client names or case studies without written client approval
  • Prices — commercials arrive as a written fixed-price proposal within five business days of a consult
  • Partner marks, logos or awards we haven't earned under a signed agreement
  • Statistics we can't source
What we won't do

Four refusals that shape every proposal.

Bill by the hour for deliveryDiscovery may run on time-and-materials when the outcome isn't yet definable. Delivery never does — it is paid to be finished.
Sell "AI replaces your staff"We automate the paper, not the judgement. Consequential decisions keep a human in the loop.
Take an engagement without a measurable outcomeIf the result can't yet be defined, we say so and propose a paid Discovery phase first — fixed-fee or time-and-materials — rather than a fixed price on a guess.
Ship shelfwareVendor subscriptions are contracted by you directly. Our fee is for the outcome, not the licence.
