Pricing

Priced on outcomes, not seats.

You're a team of five planners, not five hundred. Paying per-seat is absurd. AIPP is priced on the assets under management and the value delivered — and it starts with a pilot you only pay for if it works.

Agency / Utility / State
Not yet available

Water utilities, road authorities and state agencies at scale — the tier we are not selling until we can service it.

  • An organisation at this scale needs a penetration test, SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and in most cases an IRAP assessment. We hold none of them.
  • It also needs a service level with someone to answer at 2am. Today that is one person.
  • The engines are the same ones the tiers above run, and they handle the volume. The assurance around them is what is missing, and no amount of engineering substitutes.

If you are that organisation: the pilot is still open to you, on the same fixed fee and the same refund clause. Buy the evidence pack, not the platform, until the assurance exists.

The business case is computed from your register, not from a slide. Most ROI calculators in this market take your capital budget and multiply it by a percentage the vendor picked. Ours compares a risk-ranked programme against the worst-first one you probably run today, at the same budget share, using your own rows — and it is careful about what each figure is. Reallocation is not a saving: the same money gets spent, somewhere better. A light treatment scheduled on an asset past its intervention point is waste, and we count it. Replacement value we cannot score is an exposure and the case for a survey, not for our licence. Four claims are excluded by name, starting with the percentage-off-your-capital-programme figure every vendor quotes and no buyer believes.

💡

Why the pilot first? Government procurement is slow and trust is earned. A fixed-fee, pay-on-acceptance pilot lets you prove the value on your own data before any subscription commitment — and it gives you a defensible artifact (a real evidence pack) even if you stop there.

🇦🇺

Where it runs: every paid deployment is Australian-hosted — either inside your own SAP BTP tenancy (Riverside), or on our managed single-tenant AU stack with zero-trust SSO/MFA, continuous encrypted backups (30-day point-in-time restore) and full data-return exit terms. One customer per stack; your data never shares a database with anyone.

Questions

The short version

Is it really pay-on-acceptance?

Yes. If the pilot evidence pack isn't generated from your data, traceable, and consistent with IPART and OLG IP&R expectations, you don't pay for the pilot.

Do we need SAP to use it?

It runs on SAP BTP and reads SAP master beautifully — but it'll happily start from a spreadsheet export, so SAP isn't a prerequisite for the pilot.

Where does our data live?

Australia, full stop — your own SAP BTP tenancy (Riverside) or our managed single-tenant AU stack. One customer per database, continuous encrypted backups, and contractual data-return & deletion terms (exit is self-service: everything exports to XLSX/CSV/PDF).

Are you IRAP / SOC 2 certified?

Not yet — they're on the roadmap and we're upfront about it. That's exactly why we lead with a low-risk pilot rather than asking for a big commitment.

Start with a pilot you only pay for if it works

One asset class, your data, 8–12 weeks. Then decide.
